- You should apply one month in advance to hire the Centre. The booking has to be approved by the management committee.
- To hire the Centre you need to complete a Booking Form and an Agreement and send them to the Centre. We will then send you confirmation if the booking is possible. The forms can be obtained from the Centre or down-loaded here.
- If you intend to sell alcohol, you must have a drinks license and this must be seen by a Committee member.
- A separate Public Entertainment license may be required for public performance of live entertainment.
- We will ask you for a booking fee (as shown above), a £50 deposit and a £5 key deposit. The deposits will be returned when the Centre is left clean (particularly the cooker) and you return the key.
- You must tell us the hours you will be using the Centre (including time to prepare and time to clear up afterwards).
- A few days before your booking, (usually Thursday or Friday), we will give you the keys and show you how the services work. We will also make arrangements for you to return the keys.
